Let me introduce you to my big sister, Aleena. She is a year older than me, and in the pictures, you'll be able to find someone who is always in the pictures. 3 of these are pictures from the school dance in California. (lucky... I didn't get to have one..) Anyway she is now a 7th grader in SAIS where she obviously studies. HAHA
My school records During firstt grade through third grade, I was at a Korean private school in nam san. After that, I came here to SAIS for an english education. (3rd~4th) When we went to America for a vacation, my parents decided, why don't we let our kids stay here for a while? it would be a great experience for them and they would learn more than in Korea. Finally, after a year of exciting education in America, we came back to SAIS, to KOREA, where we belong. Here I am! 6th grade ROCKS!

To be honest with you, I really do love science. But it is SUPER hard with Mr. Zions!!!!!!!!!!
These are all the animals that I can handle and take care of. Some of the animals here are the animals i learned how to handle in 5th grade in America. Such as: snakes, lizards, doves, mice, and chicks. I wasn't sure about handling those kind of animals because some of them are dangerous. (By the way I also handled a scorpian but didn't want to scare people). While we were handling animals, we learned about their lives around them.
In America, I enjoyed horse back riding. I started after some of my buddies started and it was great. First it seemed so disgusting and frightning, but I went thtough it. I was riding both western and english. this is a picture of a similar pony I've been riding for the past year. He was very stubborn. he wouldn't budge unless I hit and kick him super hard with my boots and sticks. Thanks to him I got strong hands and legs.
Even a dove. My teacher gave me a special test for handling them. My assignment was to blindfold myself, get a help from a friend to get to the bird cage, open the cage door, and take a dove out without any problem. |
I named my dove,(but I don't remember). This dove was the only male and was the only white one. He started to have children and protected them with his wife.(lol) He was a GOOD DAD. I was the f irst in class to put him on my shoulder. He and I got closer every day. One day, he started pecking me with his beak. My teacher said that's how they share their friendlyness. I miss him a lot and I hope I taught him well! |
When we first got the mice, they were babies. But as time past, they grew. we gave them food, water, a shelter, and most importantly, love. We saw a lot of mother mice giving birth. And when we saw them, we were so proud like a real mother would be. |
I was tought how to handle a snake while they are eating their meal.(alive fish) To be more challenging, I handled 4 snakes on 1 hand. |
They jump, they lick, and very fast. When they jump to the ground, we had to yell, "everybody freeze!" it was so fun and educational. |
This was my puppy. King Charles Spaniel. His name was cookie, and occupied my whole life. He only followed me. He was like a little brother I've never had. So sweet and so cute. My family didn't like him at all. that is why my mom trapped him in a balcony right next to my room. I always cried, looking at him. I gave everything to him. Played with him and loved him all the time. But last last winter time, he went away. I still see him sometimes. My teacher took hime. They love him. they eat food together, sleep together, and share everything. When he came over, the puppy that used to follow me and loved me was gone. He didn't even recognize me. I wish I had one more chance with him..... |
